You acknowledge that any modifications, tuning, or calibration services performed on your vehicle's engine, drivetrain, or other systems may involve inherent risks. These services may impact the performance, durability, and safety of your vehicle.
Crude Calibrations makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the outcome of the tuning or calibration services. Performance improvements and other benefits are subject to numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to the condition of the vehicle, previous modifications, and how the vehicle is operated.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is in good operating condition before and after any modifications. Any changes made to the vehicle are performed at the customer's own risk.
By utilizing Crude Calibrations' services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Crude Calibrations, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to any damage or harm caused to your vehicle, its engine, drivetrain, or any other components, as a result of the tuning or calibration services provided.
You assume all risks associated with the tuning and calibration services, including but not limited to any mechanical failures, voiding of warranties, or compliance issues with local, state, or federal regulations.
Under no circumstances shall Crude Calibrations be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profit, arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
This disclaimer and waiver constitute a binding agreement between you and Crude Calibrations. By proceeding with the tuning and calibration services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
